□ Park Young-Su is the world's best expert in the field of semiconductor thin film growth technology.
He acquired master and doctor degree in KAIST material engineering department and has led next generation semiconductor thin film growth research and development.
He has led key technology development for new business △ Oxide semiconductor technology △ Oxide memory device △ GaN(gallium nitride) thin film research.
Especially, he has contributed to securing of Samsung's new technology competitiveness greatly with GaN(gallium nitride) thin film technology development, which can lower a production unit price by realizing performance of the world first and best.
